BRISTOL Rovers midfielder Jerry Lawrence will be staying with Tiverton in their run-up to Christmas.
The Yellows have extended Jerry's loan deal from the Mem for another month following an impressive full debut in the 4-0 victory at Sholing on November 18.
Prior to that, Jerry's time at Tivvy had a stuttering start, with a registration issue preventing him from starting at Gosport the day after he initially signed, swiftly followed by a a change of manager at the Ian Moorcroft Stadium.
He was limited to appearances from the substitutes' bench before new manager Leigh Robinson gave him a first start that was worth waiting for.
Jerry came through the junior ranks at Rovers and was voted as the club’s Academy Player of the Year for 2021-22.
He has already made a first-team appearance for the Gas, as a substitute on the opening day of the last Sky Bet League One season, after which he joined Tivvy's Pitching In Southern League Premier South rivals Salisbury on loan.
He made seven appearances for the Whites, scoring once, before returning to the Mem.
