Baker's Dozen

YOUNG goalkeeper Zak Baker is staying at Ladysmead for the remainder of the season.

Zak, 19, first joined the Yellows on loan from Plymouth Argyle in November last year – and kept a clean sheet on his debut, a 0-0 home Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South draw with Harrow Borough.

He has played 16 matches since and endeared himself to team-mates and supporters alike with some steady and eye-catching performances.

The Sky Bet Championship Pilgrims have now agreed to extend Zak’s loan to Tivvy until the end of the current campaign as the Yellows seek to preserve their Premier Division status.
