Welcome Joe O'Loughlin

Tiverton Town Football Club can confirm that they have agreed terms with Joe O'Loughlin following his departure from Frome Town.

Joe joins us off the back of a successful season with Frome Town last year where he played 39 times, scoring 5 and assisting 4, where they missed out on promotion to Winchester City in the playoff final. He also managed to pick up Frome Town's goal of the season with a curled shot from range on his weaker right foot.

Joe was on the books of Exeter City as a youngster before joining his former club and had spent 4 seasons before joining Tiverton.

"As a full-back, Joe really is the full package", said Scott Rogers, "Joe's the current Bath university football captain and had a fantastic season at Frome Town which didn't go unoticed. I'm sure if they would have got promoted he probably stayed as I know how much he was enjoying it there under Danny. With his family roots in Devon and the chance to play in the league above so we're delighted he's chosen to play for us this season."
