MASSIVE gratitude to four dyed-in-the-wool supporters and volunteers who are sponsoring Saturday's Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South game against Hayes & Yeading United at the Ian Moorcroft Stadium.
All four are likely to be familiar friendly faces with Yellows' fans.
Bryon and Linda Fishlock, who are Match Sponsors, have been volunteers for more than two decades: Bryon is one of the first faces people see on match-days as a turnstile operator, and Linda is consistently putting a few pounds in people's pockets as a Golden Gamble ticket-seller. Both are regular travelers to away matches.
Jenny and Ian Kernick are also supporters of longstanding passion, with, together, well over half a century of years volunteering at Ladysmead. They are this afternoon's Match-Ball Sponsors. Jenny helps sell the 50/50 Lottery tickets, while Ian is responsible for making the dressing rooms spick and span. Before that, he was a turnstile operator.
All of our Sponsors have derived a lot of pleasure from being Yellows volunteers over the years, enjoying assisting the club that they follow with tangible support that really makes a vital difference in ensuring that Tiverton Town is a successful, sustainable, happy club.
