Pirates Seize Loanees

MIDFIELDER Jerry Lawrence and defender Charlie White have seen their loan spells with Yellows come to an end after the teenagers were recalled by parent club Bristol Rovers.

Jerry, 18, has been at the Ian Moorcroft Stadium since early November, making his debut in manager Leigh Robinson's first game in charge, away to Newton Abbot Spurs in the Bayside Graphics Devon St Lukes Challenge Cup.

He made 11 further appearances for the Yellows and scored two goals, including a point-winner in a 1-1 draw away to Hayes & Yeading, becoming a vital member of the Tiverton squad.

Fellow 18-year-old Pirate Charlie White has also returned to the Memorial Stadium. He linked up with the Yellows in January and made five appearances, including three in the starting 11.

All at Ladysmead thank Jerry and Charlie for their contribution to the cause and wish them every success throughout their career.
