Writer: Simon EllisSimon Ellis

WHILE Yellows’ manager Leigh Robinson goes about putting together his playing squad for the 2024-25 Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South season, the club is also laying significant foundations off the pitch.

Clare Pike has joined the Tiverton Town Executive Committee as Community Director, underlining the club’s commitment to placing it at the heart of the community in which it sits.

Part of Clare’s responsibilities will include working with the Yellows’ Youth and Ability Counts sides as a primary liaison to the Committee.

Tiverton Town Vice-Chairman Matthew Conridge said: “We are delighted to welcome someone with Clare’s knowledge and enthusiasm to the club.

“Her role underlines our commitment to be a club for the local community, immersed in the local community, and run by the local community.”

Welcome to Ladysmead, Clare.
