THE first signing of the Rob Dray era has arrived at Ladysmead in the formidable shape of forward Nat Jarvis.
Six-footer Nat comes to the Ian Moorcroft Stadium after having scored five goals in ten matches this season for Welsh South outfit Newport City.
Prior to that, he played for two seasons under Rob's management at Taunton Town, racking up 72 matches in National League South.
Cardiff-born Nat, 33, has a wealth of experience at all levels of the game. He joined his home-town club's Academy at the age of eight, signed pro as a 19-year-old, and scored on his first-team debut for the Bluebirds in 2011.
His loan spells while at Cardiff included a stint at Newport County, for whom he played at Wembley in the FA Trophy final, before he was released at the end of the 2012-13 season.
After initially signing for Brackley Town, he has since played for Bath City, Gloucester City, Cirencester Town, where he scored 23 goals in 33 games, Hungerford Town, Chippenham Town and Barry Town United.
During that time, he was called up by the Antigua & Barbuda national side, qualifying for them through his grandfather. Since debuting during 2014 Caribbean Cup qualification, he has made a total of 13 appearances - mainly in CONCACAF tournaments - scoring three times.
The signing is subject to Tiverton receiving the required international clearance.
Welcome to the IMS, Nat.
