IN another fan-friendly innovation for the upcoming Pitching In Southern League season, Tiverton Town are offering supporters the opportunity to purchase tickets for Yellows' matches online.
Tivvy are teaming up with online ticketing specialists Fanbase to provide a platform on the club's official website that enables fans of Yellows or their opponents to buy their match-day ticket from the comfort of their own home.
The new system came into operation this week, which means supporters will be able to purchase a ticket for Saturday's eagerly anticipated pre-season friendly against National League South Weston-super-Mare.
Club Vice-Chairman Matt Conridge said: "We are delighted to be able to offer this new service to supporters in time for the 2024-25 season.
"One of the aims of the new Executive Committee is to constantly seek for ways to improve the match-day experience of our fans, and this fits in with that aspiration.
"We are very pleased to partner with Fanbase, who are a hugely accomplished and proven operator in this field, to provide supporters with a quick and easy method of buying their match ticket.
"We hope it will allow them to better enjoy the build-up to kick-off on match days by soaking up the atmosphere or having a more leisurely drink and a bite to eat in the Sports Bar."
