Everyone at Tiverton Town FC are delighted to welcome Joe Beardwell to the club after signing from fellow Southern League side Hungerford Town.
Joe signed for Hungerford Town in February this year, where he went on to find the back of the net in his debut against Chertsey Town and made 6 appearances in total.
Joe briefly caught up with the club’s media team this morning and said ‘’I’m really looking forward to kicking on and getting stuck in at Tiverton Town! I can’t wait to join up with the lads and meet the rest of team and get to working hard for the rest of the season’
Rob Dray spoke in the pre-match interview with Jake about an unnamed striker that he was confident would be signing for the club, he said ‘...he’s a good, young striker, good sized and experienced in the Southern League Prem, he’ll score goals.’
Joe signed on the dotted line today and will be available for selection straight away for our league match against Basingstoke Town tomorrow.
