Brilliant news ! Work has begun at the Slee Blackwell Solicitors Stadium today in preparation for the installation of our brand new 3G pitch next year. The photographs are the start of the drainage works that are a crucial part of the entire project as the pitch is on a floodplain.
Vice chairman Matt Conridge has said "There is still a lot of hard work to be done between now and our target of May next year, but we are all delighted that some real, physical progress is finally being made".
