REGRETTABLY, tonight's match against Dorchester has been postponed.
Despite the hardest of work from our volunteer groundstaff to render the Ladysmead surface playable for the Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South, the recent rains have left too much water in the ground.
The decision was taken following an inspection by a local referee on Tuesday afternoon.
No decision has been made on the date of a rearrangement. We will let supporters know just as soon as that is decided.
It is the second time this season that the fixture has fallen foul of the weather. Tivvy were originally scheduled to host the Magpies on New Year's Day.
