WITH the new season less than two weeks away, Tiverton manager Leigh Robinson has added teenager Jeffrey Forkuo to the Yellows' ranks.
Jeff, 19, has completed a successful trial at Ladysmead that has seen him play a number of games in the build-up to the 2024-25 campaign.
He is a former apprentice at Plymouth Argyle, from the same cohort that produced ex-Yellows' loanees Zak Baker - now at Plymouth Parkway - and Jack Endacott. Unlike Zak and Jack, he was not offered a professional contract at the end of his apprenticeship in 2023.
A midfielder or defender, Jeff joined the Argyle Academy at Under-13 level through the club's Plymouth Player Pathway.
He represented the Academy in the 2019 Northern Ireland Super Cup and played for Plymouth Schools at Under-14 and Under-15 age groups.
He was a student at Devonport High School for Boys, which he left with the equivalent of four A-Levels including a BTEC Extended Diploma in Sport. He also completed his UEFA C Coaching Licence and the FA's Referee Course.
Welcome to the IMS, Jeff.
Jeff Forkuo is available for sponsorship for the 2024-25 season. If you would like to sponsor him, or for further details, please email chairman@tivertontownfc.co.uk
