TIVERTON Town have signed Exeter City's teenage full-back Aamir Daniels to bolster their defensive options.
Daniels, 18, moves to the Ian Moorcroft Stadium on work experience terms until the end of February.
Yellows' manager Leigh Robinson said: "We bought Aamir in because we need cover and competition for places in the full-back positions.
"Bailey Kempster was recalled by Weston; Charlie White is new and settling in; and Dylan Jones is our only real right-back who we also have plans on moving further up the pitch due to his attacking threat."
Aamir, who signed for the Grecians in March 2022 from the London Kinetic Academy, travels the same talent trail from St James' Park that has already seen youngsters Joe O'Connor, Mitch Beardmore and Theo Cutler play for Tivvy this season.
"We are happy to continue our relationship with Exeter City," said Leigh. "We know, when we get young players from there, they will come in with a good attitude and an understanding of what they need to do at this level."
London-born Aamir cut his teeth at Dulwich Hamlet and Millwall, moving on to the London Kinetic Academy after being released by the Lions.
The Kinetic Academy is an inclusive post-16 academy which offers youngsters the chance to enhance their football skills whilst encouraging students to stay in education and complete a university recognised course.
